Why is this data unique?
Most trade show data is based on registrants and their networks. InGo’s Growth Analytics allows you to see 50-200x as many potential attendees and exhibitors. You can also see the broader community in which your trade show is apart of.

What can organizers do with it?
1. Understand the community and find growth opportunities:
By seeing the titles, industries, and companies your community is connected to, you can discover fascinating trends, thus creating unique opportunities. During testing, our clients loved seeing which companies could send more attendees or exhibition staff. They also loved seeing any verticals that were under-represented. This included opportunities for growth amongst technology, security, artificial intelligence, mobility, and human resources.
2. Selling to exhibitors:
Exhibitors want to go where their prospects are, as well as their competitor’s. By being able to see how well connected an exhibitors company, or competitor is within the registrant community, organizers have been able to drive faster and larger bookings.
3. Target their attendee marketing and event content:
Knowing which titles, companies, and industries your buyers care most about will allow for powerful insights into what attracts attendees and what marketing tactics are most effective. With InGo, it’s possible to see this from a top down perspective, providing information on a different demographic of buyers.
4. Incentivize advocates:
Some advocates will have important connections for growing your show. Target those advocates by giving them some recognition. Thank them and create incentive so they continue promoting your show through social media posts and personal invites.
