We offer first-time installation assistance as part of our onboarding process. This is conducted on a 20-minute video call where we will guide you through the installation.

Further to registration platform requirements, the registration journey contains the following pages
- Start / landing page
- First page of registration journey
- Precedes any data collection forms in registration journey
- InGo Login Widget can be installed
- Data collection form page(s)
- At least one form is present, having minimum details of first name, last name, email address, company name, job title
- InGo Registration (autofiller) widget goes here
- Thank You or Confirmation page
- Page at end of registration flow (not a pop-up) where InGo Social Widget and Confirmation Widget can be installed

We'll need to do a bit of preparation in advance of the installation call, mainly inspecting the start-to-end user journey.
Please send the following details to email@example.com at least 3 days before the installation call.
- Registration website URL
- Voucher code or test credit card details (if required)
- Any other details required to inspect the full registration journey
If we are unable to prepare for your installation, we may have to reschedule to a later date.
